Pieter Hendricksz Schut (c1618 - c1670). Pieter Hendrickszoon or Hendrikszoon Schut was a Dutch engraver of the Golden Age. He was active in Amsterdam from 1631 to 1660. In 1631 he worked for Balthasar Florisz van Berckenrode and from 1635 he collaborated with Claes Jansz Visscher. He specialized in the representation of religious subjects and topographies. He made devotional prints and views of the main European cities, mainly Flanders and Amsterdam.
